southern MN | Really haven't paid much attention to my valuations, they more then doubled in the last few years, but not an important number to me.
My property taxes - the tax itself, what in have to write out - has gone up 20 to 26% a year for 4 years.
Next year will be up some, they haven't sent out the estimate are yet but they said it was up on farmland, plus there is a new school referendum that I'm told should add $1000 to a farm my size, in round numbers.
Never really have cared what the valuation is.
