ANY producer who thinks beans just "have too" go up.
ANY producer that is major speculating.
And like I said long in the bin/board or field.
YES I personally know someone who has lost "The Home Farm" it took a few years after losing 175-200K trading soybeans back in the early 70's
In 2004 we had a small local soybean processor,had been doing very well and expanding his business,then BOOM went "teats up" all what was said is "he got on the wrong side of the soybean market.
My broker told me in 2008 CME was going after a producer in my county (Traill) no news or clue after that......
Stamp Farms,,, I still question that one how fast they went down ? ? ?
