Do yourself a favor and coat everything with Neverseize when you put it back in.  An even better alternative would be to machine bearings into the pulley.  The shaft is welded fast to prevent it from grinding through the bracket once the pulley seizes to the shaft.  Then you would have an even bigger problem.
