Branch County, MI | It was bought new last year and wouldn't stay calibrated but found out that was due to not having the correct firmware. We currently have 08.01 firmware installed. We do the tare calibration daily and when doing the initial calibration this year we went from 2 to 3 mph in half mph increments to get different flow rates (avg harvest speed is 2.5 mph). We did 3 "loads" for the first calibration and ran about 15K bushel and then we recalibrated (3 more Loads 2-4 mph 1mph increments) because we knew we were in good corn felt the monitor was way low based on what was in the tank, ended up being 50bpa off based on weigh wagon calculations. I was told there is beta firmware that trimble came out with to get through this fall but was told by another dealer they have no knowledge of this and the 08.01 is what is supposed to be used. Any suggestions??
