Have some cereal rye seed grown in 2013 that was tested at 94% germ last fall and it has not been tested for this year. Stored in dry building that is not climate controlled. Would you be scared to plant it for a cover? Want to get on 56#s of viable seed and please give me your best guess as to how many #s to plant to get the 56#s. Thanks in advance.
