NCND | I can't imagine what an eis would cost in my farm. I had 550 acres checked for wetlands and that bill when said and done was 18k. On top of that nrcs went and re did all the work ao in end we had to show them twice what the engineers and biologists found I hired.
I'd guess an eis here based on what I've seen for development land and how engineerin makes up a huge expense is bet it would cost 1000 per acre. Just wag.
Drainage in nd would be a fantastic investment.

They got the heritage fund here now with measure 5 they would get 3 million per WEEK!!!!!

Also ducks unlimited charges 30k per acre to to wetland mitigation for you. Ya that's a real non profit. You think they'd take your eis? Not chance in hell | |
