Two thoughts I have on that. First of all, if your concave is not set level, that could be a lot of it. Second, have you made sure it doesn't have the intensive threshing segment installed? I saw a 560r once doing the same thing that had one in, and it was factory installed with a roundbar concave! Sorry if these points have been made already, I couldn't find the other thread on this.
Only other thing I can think to try would be keystock pre concave grates, that would only be with spongy cobs or 22% or wetter corn.
