Everyone I have talked to there is a DR of meterology or computer science. Many are knowledgable of agriculture.  

Karl Harken  [email protected] is the one who usually replies to my questions.  He is a DR of something or other but understands hay prodiction. I believe he was raised on an Indiana Dairy Farm.
