Gephyrophobia: It is a persistent and abnormal fear of crossing bridges. 

Yep, that be me.  Do pretty well on the newer-style wide open, concrete variety with nice low sides, but have some pretty big issues with the big old iron ones with the superstructure up over the roadway. And it is a true phobia: no sense or realistic reason for it at all. Oh well, if that's the worst thing that's ever wrong with me, I'll be OK.
