It's generally okay but realize it can leach, so even if the test says there is plenty, if you get deluged with water, you could be short. It doesn't move as much as nitrate though.

Much talk that the test is not accurate. I would say that is true in some of our situations where we get gypsum chunks naturally in the soil, but when I've done tests, my observation is it is actually not a bad test.

Tests though that lump a whole field together, well, they very easily can say you have enough and you could still have significant areas of shortage.
