SE Michigan | I am in the same boat as you with soil sampling. I bought a Yuma 2 and Mobile. I have been running advanced for a few years as well.
I have read about and experienced myself a "latency" from the Yuma 2 internal GPS receiver relaying position data over into Mobile. I have been working with Agleader for a solution.
Do a search on agtalk for Yuma 2 and SMS mobile and you will find a few threads that detail this issue.

In the interim I am in the process of hooking my Yuma 2 to a 2500 receiver. I am not done with that project yet.
I would like to hear what you come up with and what settings may work for you.
