You can carefully torch the outer race and inner race off of the shaft and install the new bearing right there. Have to remove the drive tire and release all spring tension on the feeder chain. The left bearing is trapped in its carrier and takes a 180 degree turn to remove it, but the right side is a straight in deal. Drive it all the way in until it hits the shoulder on the shaft. A piece of pipe is the best driver.
