John deere 9600 when you go to lower the head it sometimes won't go down, but if you raise it for a split second then it will go down. Seems like something is sticking and not letting it go down. I replaced the switches in the handle when it started this and it still does it. Is it something on the valve stack above the return elevator? Thanks for any help
