Looking at the article they show a photo of the field.. If that is the soybean field it looks like there is still a lot of it left they didn't take.(unless that is corn as I can't see it that good with my computer) If it is beans left standing there it would be pretty easy to figure out what kind of yield the person had and what was taken.. I'd imagine they would lower the yield a little bit from the tree line it runs against also.. I guess I find it sort of funny how the one who had the beans stole is now being made out to be just as bad as the thief who took them from him...
