michigan | if it is the farm on m-13 south of m57 you are talking about is not nothing like the thumb dirt or around the reese Frankenmuth area. this ground is some of the heaviest genessee county gumbo you will ever see. even though it is not far from the prarie farm it is a whole different world than most are used to not saying if you have a very good spring and get it on timely you cant grow a decent crop but it is not the same dirt some think it is. before 6 dollar corn years this farm would have been lucky to $1,500 to 2,000. | |
