I saw a Chuck Wagon Cook Out.
For - Today they would bake fresh Sourdough Bread in a Dutch Oven.
That sounded good. but not as good as making Bread Pudding with yesterdays left over sourdough bread.

Now that Interest me.
When my wife has a reunion with her old Nursing School Class we eat 3 meals a day at various restaurants.
I always ask for their bread pudding

Any ideas on a recipe for Chuck Wagon Bread Pudding?

Probably with condensed milk. AKA canned Cow?
