south east Indiana | NO the large animal drugs are not formulated for a dog nor are they oral.
If he has an ear infection with a high temperature you might try some pen inj but I would think he needs ear meds. and may or may not need other antibiotics. You can clean his ear out with alcohol on a cotton ball.
Allergies are affecting lots of dogs this fall so that could be the problem as well
