Subject: Where's the beef

Northern IN.

Wendy's besides all the chicken on the menu added pulled pork sandwich. McDonalds is bringing back the McRib. Is fat cattle price going to erode demand? The guy who buys my calves operates a custom bucher-meat market told me that sales of beef have slowed down in his market.
