I've kind of decided that since I help her with this it might be simpler to open my original html file with the information and resize that window to take up 20% of the desktop and then open another window that takes up 80% of the window and in that window open the sales tax web site.

I can then copy and paste the id, numbers etc. from one window to the other and it will basically look like my original page that had frames.

Not very elegant but it will work.  Too bad I can't create a couple of windows like that automatically.

Whats really too bad is I have two very close relatives that could do this for me if they weren't so busy.
