Thumb of Michigan | In my experience, air temp (within reason) is really kind of immaterial. Humidity is a more important consideration. Efficiency is greater with 40% humidity air than it is with air thats 80% humidity.
On the other hand:
The difference between 22% and 20% isn't really much in the big scheme. I like being out in 80 degree weather myself vs being out in 40 degree weather by a long ways. No matter the humidity.
