Independence OR | We started combining late last week. We are really running ahead of schedule due to our above average heat this summer, and getting the corn in the ground in early April. The moisture is running really low this season we are running a lot at 17%. So far the yields are really looking good. I have some pictures from a new hybrid I planted this season Mycogen 2v357. It is a 93 day hybrid, and it is running around 21% right now vs my 90 day stuff running at 17%. It is planted at 40k twin rows, with a final stand of around 35 or so. I can't believe some of the ears out there, it is not hard to find 22row ears.
