I'm not sure about that. I stored 2.25 corn and sold it for
1.79 . I will never forget that.
the other day, in a thread about building bins, I mentioned how well storing last falls crop and capturing the carry worked out this year. I pretty much got called a dumbarse because building bins is the holy grail to everyone's road to prosperity. I'm glad they educated me, as here I thought all along that sometimes being a prudent marketer and making some sales because you do not have enough room to store it all and simply sell it in august was an alternative strategy. Definitely not NAT approved. If your desire is to be held in the highest esteem here, you need to have storage for up to 200% of your APH. Now I need to spend $3.50 bushel so I can store 2 years crops. Think I'm gonna choose to remain a dumbarse.
