Don't mean to hijack your thread, but I thought of you yesterday. Saw an ad in the iowa farmer today paper for 25,000 acres in sw Arkansas for rent or sale. Man that sure is a big piece. Probably some on here farming some of it. What would rents be on land like that? Just something you don't see up here.
