If it is the PTO filter restriction then change the middle sized filter. Do a quick filter swap in the morning when oil is cold. It will leak some oil so be quick. Then after cleaning up the little mess, you have to put the trans in Neutral and slowly move the hydro stick forward and backward a couple times (engine running); keeps from collapsing the filter.
