Hope your wife get along well with her new diet and it helps her heart. It's good to have someone to diet with. So far I am trying (a little) on my own and getting nowhere. Wasn't really aware of the problem until my annual physical and the doc says "oh, I see you've gained 10#". I don't normally report because I don't have a fancy scale (or accurate).
