Step #1 is to verify the roller frame squareness to the chassis. If there is 4 inches of rear axle exposed, there should be 4 inches of front hardbar also exposed. This is covered in the Op manual. Usually 1 1/2 turns of the toe-in screws on the front idlers will take the belt from complete left rubbing to right rubbing. Loosen the set-screw opposite the hot side and then tighten the hot side set-screw. Only time the axle/hardbar dimension should be different from one another, is if the normal toe-in set-screws don't get the results you're after, and at that no more than 1/2" difference is suggested.
