They are a nice little unit, allows field names to be saved with the data which can be loaded into excel spreadsheets.  Still have to manually "key the load in", so the newer 460 indicator which has "auto" logging which is a nice option so loads are not forgotten. an youtube video explaining the functions of autolog and the 460 is here if you would like

Many people have actually switched from their traditional scale indicators and went with the Agrimatics weighing/data ipad & iphone app, its nice because it has automatic unload detect, data recording and it is wireless and the weights can be viewed on more then 1 iphone/ipad which can control the data separately here is a simple video explaining it.  And it is cheaper then data recording scale indicators as well.
