I found it interesting that at the end of the whole article, after saying how much china is going to lower imports that this is the last line of the article:
"China is forecast to import 74 million tonnes of soybeans in the year to September 2015 up from an estimated 69 million tonnes this year, according to the agency. ($1 = 6.15 yuan) (Editing by Joseph Radford)"
Completely Opposite from what the rest of the article is trying to say!
