Regina/Balcarres/Kamsack | Jack frost came in and came in hard in Eastern Saskatchewan over the last week. First you think oh it escaped the frost then night after night the temps dropped just a bit for a few hours. Well last night was the first night with no frost since last Wednesday. Looking at my beans (yes were on the fringe zone of growing beans) but for the first time in three years we will not be harvesting any beans. Phoned crop insurance yesterday and they will be writing them off. Av 28 over the three years.
But what is really funny how the trade believes the frost stopped at the USA Canada border. Good luck boys the late corn up here is for swath grazing now.
The Market knows is BS. The market is run by guys on their computer.
