Extreme SW Minnesota Iowa border | A buddy of mine, that is big into security has his own sorta way of doing it. He has a large gun safe, that he keeps his Router and a back up hard drive in. He also keeps his UPS in there. They generate enough heat to keep the safe dry, and, the hard drive is shielded from snooping, and, in the even of fire, is all safe. If I recall he has it set up to monitor the temp in the safe also.
Might be more then what you need, but I thought it was a cool idea. |
