sw ontario | In Ontario you would pay someplace around $50k for somebody to do those jobs-hours----we have Gov't health care so employer does not pay that but some pays an enhanced prescription-dental plan for families that can run $400 a month. Depending on farm owners I see some guys trying to get help for $11.50 hr. and others paying way over $50k yr. Good help that stays is hard too find ,on our University pork farm average wage survey its around $18 hr. | |
