PEEDEEinSC | One of the best things my dad said to me was after I had purchased my first piece of land 120ac. The land has been in our family for over 150 yrs.,I was looking at the deed with pride he walk over and said what you got there son. I showed him the deed,he said what you've got there is a piece of paper saying that you'll take care of that land for the next generation to work. Best advise I've ever had I sure do miss that man.
