I've used a cheap Crest Spin Brush for probably 4-5 years. Dentist comments each 6-mo check-up "whatever you're doing, keep doing it". If it completely dies, I spend another $7-8 to replace it, otherwise new batteries every so often and a new brush head about every 6 months. Son's family uses a Sonic Care. I think they all like it, but it's definitely higher-dollar than my Spin brush.
Same here. I buy the spin brush twin pack(two power heads and six brushes) at Sam's club for around $18. Put on a new brush every 6 months, recharge the Ni-MH rechargeable batteries every month. power heads last 1.5- 2 years when plastic gears wear out. |
