Not sure what the bottom of your 7010 cab looks like, but if you can get to the bottom, and it's decent steel, order the gleaner pegs, make the cutouts in your floormat for them, and just drill the holes and bolt them to the Case cab. That's all they are on a gleaner, bent tubing welded to a flat strap w/ a hole on each side of the tubing to bolt to the floor.
