Chilliwack BC | The previous owners of my house must have bought the bathroom faucets in the States. Home Depot had not seen this style of cartridge before. Local plumbing store says its American and they can't get parts, and this is a common problem. How common does this look to you? If I went to a plumbing or home store in Washington would I walk out with the correct part? It's a quarter turn valve with the sealing parts made of ceramic. Thanks.
