| We had it in about 350 head one time. Ended up trimming feet on every ewe to get rid of the tracts, usually trim to just before you get blood so no pockets were left. I believe we also gave Biomyacin (less stinging version of LA 200). If the ewes didn't clear up after 3 trimmings, we considered her a carrier and sold her for slaughter. It did clear up, but takes alot. Also had the need to buy a set of air operated foot trimmers. They worked real well, but are expensive. I think Nasco has them. The Zinc sulfide foot baths work, but the sheep have to stand there quite awhile and still need feet trimmed before hand. It seems real tough to clean up footrot unless the ground is dry.
