Iowa | Helping out on a cat dozer A/c job. It has a red dot add on unit and a sanden compressor. Just starting up in the morning it works like it should. As soon as it gets warm it acts up. The compressor clutch won't pull against the pulley even when the 24 volts is there. If I tap on the clutch it will go and work fine. When the temp switch kicks it out and the voltage comes back still won't engage unless I tap on it. Is the coil getting week and not pulling the clutch against as it should? Any help would be appreciated. | |
