| Gonna be an interesting land sale coming up on 8/11 about 3 miles NE of mason city. Pretty decent dirt with an 85 csr under the new rating. This area isn't exactly known as the sisters of the poor. Plenty of very well heeled guys in that area. It's about 25 miles as the crow flies from the land sale that is still featured land sale on agweb site. That one averaged $18,700, and that was not on tillable acres, but gross acres. Cory Behr is the auctioneer. Don't know if or what the reserve is. This land sale will pretty much take the temperature of the guys in north central iowa. I will be watching this one closely. | |
