You ask some very technical and difficult questions. It really depends on the size and lighting in the room you need it in. I undertook putting a sound system and projector in our church a couple of years ago so have enough experience to say that there is no easy answer. We had a 46" TV in our fellowship hall but it proved to be too small and didn't have enough volume for most situations. Projectors vary greatly on their ability to project various distances. Projectors that have to be positioned far from the screen tend to be very expensive, as in tens of thousands of dollars. If you can mount it 15' from the screen you can get by pretty cheap. The projector you listed has a relatively low Lumen output. I had to light a room with lots of natural light so needed 4000 lumens, and that is just enough. Cost for that projector was about $1500. If your room is dark you can get by with less. Sound for a room of any size is probably best run through a sound system and some well placed speakers. Don't expect much from speakers mounted in a projector, or a TV for that matter. We have a computer/sound booth and run video to the projector from there. If you have to hire this work done it can get pretty expensive, but may be worth it to get something that is worthwhile. If you can tie into your churches sound system and computer you may be able to run it from there and save some money. We ended up putting our 46"TV on a rolling stand and use it for smaller rooms. Maybe you can start with that and see if it fits your needs. If it doesn't you can still make use of it elsewhere.
