Have you been a shop with and without soundproofing? World of difference and my hearing is worth something. I hear more comments from guys that walk into my building with perforated steel about nice is it compared to their all steel panel buildings. Big shops equal alot of metal for sound to bounce off.

Plus the guys that don't use their shop for "storage"... At times I have a lot of open space when between large projects. |
