A good place to use basis contracts is in inverted markets ........... The inversions make your sell basis better instead worse in the carry market. Since the basis will eventually follow the spreads lower, there ain't much point in staying long the basis. Sell the basis, move the beans, and collect some advance............ It's cheaper to store cash than beans. | |
