Subject: RE: transport price on propane?

Thanks!

I was hoping to  hear  .40 to .50 cent  differential..   I do lock in  my summer  pumping fuel  and  1.49   looked pretty good this  spring  (  when  corn  was  a  buck and  half  higher)  lol.

I  run about 10k gallon  propane  through  each  center pivot,  and   I'm at the mercy of  'when' the  bobtail  shows up  to  fill..   and    3 phase  is  waaaay  too  far away  to  think about  converting to  electricity, plus the fact  that  electricity  is  probably be just as  expensive  as    propane  in the near future.

I'd  probably   mount a  couple  1000 gallon tanks on running gear,  and  shuttle  them  to the  power unit..   No more  chewing the  fingernails off  waiting for Monday!

@  40 cents  differential,    I  could   'justify'   the  tank off  in  about   6 years.      I  found  a   self contained  (pump, hoses, transport station, what ever that is )skidder  17k   set up  for about  $69,000    I'll keep  shopping too..
