Kooiker, the majors are making very nice margins in processing right now. They also lost a lot of money in their grain divisions due to basis swings, freight logistic problems and volatility. I believe they will keep margins pretty wide in processing to heal up grain divisions. Not so much competition in processing that they all can't get along in an under the table gentlemanly way. Remember the Lysine pricing scandal I believe. I agree I will take a steak or pork chop on a stick over tofu any day of the year.
