Or how they change water movement in the ground. We have water issues on one 1/4 because they impede the flow of water in the ground and we have salinity and a "wet" spot where there shouldn't be anything.

And no options to do surface drainage or tile drainage.

I do know that if they don't get back to you when you want to do some dirt work close to the line, parking an excavator or dozer close to the pipe will have them phoning immediately!
