Subject: RE: why would anyone still have old crop corn or beans in the bin

This post isn't necessarily market related, but, more directed to answering the OP.
Why didn't I do a better job raising my son? Why didn't I put my faith in Jesus Christ earlier in life? Why was I so hesitant to tell my parents I loved them when they were still here? Why do I constantly make mistakes?............My only answer is that I made the best decision I could with the information I had available to me at the time. Many times the consequences proved me to have made poor choices. I'm still learning. Obviously, any remaining unpriced crop, albeit old or new, is worth far less now than a few weeks ago. Farmers all have different reasons for their decisions.
George, I wonder if your "curiosity" is less genuine than you would like us to believe. It's doubtful you give a crap why anyone or everyone did or didn't sell a kernel. I tend to believe you just like to "stir the pot"....But I could be wrong. (again)
