Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | All the timber companies around here use 4-6" pipe to build just a simple 'gate' out of one piece of pipe that goes across the road, or a double, one hinged on each side for wide crossings. Lock it to a piece concreted in the ground or to each other if a double. Won't keep foot traffic out, but would keep any vehicles out. People aren't going to pack much very far on foot. Nice thing is they are usually painted a bright color, so much more visible than a chain or cable. | |
