North Central IN | Had a similar situation a month or so ago. Subscribed to Rangepoint RTX for a customer, but only is showing 10-12 satellites. Found this really odd as all the rtx's I had put on so far were running 13-19 sat's. I checked the unlocks in the FM 1000 and Glonass was checked. Called trimble support and omnistar and found out that the customer's FM 1000 is an early model and only has the capability of tracking 12 sat's at once. This maybe your problem is you never ever see more than 12 satellites. Not really cost effective to switch receiver in FM, Ag express said even if he had permission from Trimble to do it, it would cost $2800. | |
