Subject: JD 4020 brake housing oil leak question

West Central Iowa
I have oil leaking from just in front of the rubber boot on the brake housing when the tractor is running on my early 4020. The oil seeps up around the 3/8 bolt in front of the rubber boot in the picture. I looked at the diagram on jdparts. Is it likely just the gasket under the top plate just under the brake plinger boots or is it an o-ring inside the housing? Is it easy to take the top of the housing off or do I need someone who has done this before to take a look at it first?
