I have deer pressure on about 80% of my farms, some is tolerable and some are extreme. Being the deer lover I am, I have used the gun method other than the fence, but the past two years I've used a chemical called Xplode that is a concentrated garlic smell and taste. It seems to work pretty good and I just mix it with my herbicide.
