Is this with the OEM steering wheel or Trimble replacement?
If you have your OEM steering wheel it may be the extension rod that has a small Allen screw that may have come loose and when it turns its causes the "chatter"..
If its on a Trimble replacement check all bolts and screw to make sure they are tight.
